We use a statistically-based assessment vendor:  Arch Profile.  


This is a skills assessment. There are 235 questions that will take you +/- 90 minutes to complete. The resulting report will provide you with a reliable assessment of your skills in these areas:

  • Planning, Organizing, & Controlling: Assesses whether a person possesses the ability to determine an organization’s direction, execute plans, and ensure their success. 

  • Staffing & HR Functions: Assesses duties that revolve around putting together a productive staff. 

  • Leading: Assesses the ability to guide and bring out the best in others. 

  • Business Skills: Assesses skills that are conducive to running a business effectively. 

  • Soft Skills & Teamwork: Assesses how a person handles social situations and working with others.

  • Intrapersonal Skills: Assesses personal skills and qualities that enhance a person’s ability to adapt to a managerial position.


Take this assessment before you start the program, to help define your goals, and after the program, to see where your investment paid off.

Individual coaching

As you move through the program, work with a coach to be your accountability partner while also working through any self-limiting beliefs you may have.  Put concepts into action as you learn about them, to deepen your understanding, and reflect on lessons learned “in action” from session to session.  Experience how to use these concepts in all your relationships

Peer Learning Groups


Engage in lively discussion around the BAAM materials, and find your own accountability partner within the group at no cost!  Ideal for those who want to be “in community” with others. 


Our Peer Learning Groups (PLG) are hosted by 1 or 2 coaches who will moderate these group discussions as we move through each module.  Groups will be held online (Zoom) and scheduled around the participants’ availability.
